Getting it right from the start

Nothing affects the PCB’s total cost and reliability as much as the initial design.

Our local design support teams can advise on value-engineering initiatives. We are aimed at helping you achieve the best possible design or redesign for cost-effective PCB production from prototypes through to volume production. Our technicians have many years’ experience of PCB production, specifically about how to produce PCBs with compromising concept of customer design goals.

Efficient engineering process giving the correct specification

More than 30% of the data packs we receive contain elements or features that needs clarification. A prolonged EQ (engineering questions) process will negatively impact your total ‘-cost. Therefore our technicians work systematically to clarify uncertainties in your specification. This way of working is more efficient, helping to complete the EQ process faster reducing the time to market.

Qualified factories only

ELDAHO has developed a unique quote process. In the process, our quoting system is linked to a database of our approved factories and their capabilities. This generates a qualified quote that can best meet customer manufacturing specification, technology, volume and lead-time requirements. Coupled with our knowledge and experience, this enables us to ensure that the most selected suitable factory for the most suitable project we concluded.

We work with 12 quality and qualified-assured factories in China, Asia and South East Asia which ensures we have at minimum of 3 factories that can manufacture any parts andhave the top security back up sysytem in this way for customer has hassle-free and worries-free to concentrate more resource in thier customer end product . We have dedicated factories for prototypes, standard rigid, HDI, flex, flex-rigid and IMS PCBs.

Prototyping for volume production

Producing prototypes ready for volume production reduces your time to market. There are often differences between the technical capabilities of the prototype and the volume production in factory. Our PCB prototype process closes the gap between volume and prototype production and makes sure that your PCB prototypes are ready for volume production.

Our local technicians run DFM checks of the layout, stack ups, requested base materials and other technical features and tolerances. This ensures that the design is optimized for volume production while at the same time enabling us to provide the same design that meets PCB prototype and volume lead-time requirements, ultimately saving the trouble of having to redesign once it has transited to volume.

Customer will not need spent more resources to engage with several different suppliers to achieve this. We take full responsibility for the whole product life cycle, from design to end of life, or spare parts. Our aim is to shorten your time to market.

We have 10 dedicated Prototype/QTA among our 12 factories that together produce the full range of our PCB portfolio.

We know that being close to our PCB factories is crucial, both geographically and on a personal level. This enables us to develop long-standing relationships with our factories offering reliable PCBs of high quality as a result. Below you find key areas that are important when maximizing factory performance.

Choosing the right PCB factories to work with
Finding a PCB factory is not so difficult but finding a reliable factory is. Our process for finding and quality-assuring the right factories has ensured that we always have factories that match customer requirements. Finding and developing the best factories requires a broad rangeof expertise. Our sourcing process described below tells how we approve our factories witH main base in Foshan Shunde plant.

This quality-first approach ensures that the factory´s performance for ELDAHO and our customers is in line with our expectations of higher than industry average quality and delivery performance.

Being onsite to monitor and improve performance
Our strategy for delivering quality includes being onsite and working directly with the factories. Our quality engineers are directly responsible for the factories’ performance, as well as for building relationships and working proactively with them to achieve improvements. Our QC engineers confirm that the PCBs are manufactured and verified according to our specifications.

Audits
Every year in all our main factories we carry out full quality audits that focus upon the production process and other related aspects. These audits take two days for thwo people and cover eight different areas. Our sustainability audits aim to improve working conditions and environmental performance. A full audit at a factory normally takes two days with two people, and the follow-up audit takes one day. All our main factories go through the auditing process every other year.

Take action when things go wrong
Priority number one when unforeseen problems arise is to keep your supply chain running without risk of further defects. In parallel, ELDAHO kick-starts our root cause analysis investigation in one of our ELDAHO laboratories and/or within the production process so we may identify the root cause and implement both corrective and preventative actions to eliminate risk of future reoccurrence.

Being onsite means that we can provide continuous communication so all parties are aware of the progress being made to resolve the problem and/or provide updates on recovery activities.

This is all documented and reported using an ELDAHO 8D corrective action report. The actions contained within are then verified onsite during the next factory meeting. 

Keeping deliveries on time

The right PCB design, produced in the right factory, are fundamental factors to secure higher quality and on-time deliveries. Our teams in our local sales offices and on-site in our factories monitor daily updates from the factory to ensure that your PCBs are delivered on time.

Pre-booked capacity in main factories
Thanks to our extensive purchasing power and our strong relationships we can guarantee monthly capacity within all of our main factories along with preferential manufacturing lead times.

Keeping track of your order throughout production to your site
In ny deviations or risk to the confirmed delivery date, you will be quickly notified on what is being done to solve the problem in the shortest possible time.

We have build relationship with forwarding agents with all angle and aspect in term of costing and service. We ship synchronized, cost-efficient consignments seven days a week to Europe, USA and the rest of the world.
